Material quality

Kohler uses 6063B/M653 aluminum that meets both GBT3190-2008 and ASTM B221M-2013, with Aluminum content > 98.8%, HRC 13-15 and maximum thickness of 2.6mm to present smooth glossy surface free of pinholes and dents.

Safety tempered glass

All Kohler shower doors use high quality tempered glass with filleted corners. Security certificated in China, USA, UK and Australia.

High performance components

Durable brass and stainless-steel hinges, mirror polished for a flat and shiny surface. Hinges all have passed 100,000 opening tests. Double hole structure to prevent glass from falling. Rollers pass 100,000 times life cycle test, ensure consistent smooth sliding. All hardwares pass the Kohler 72 hours’ acid salt spray test to ensure durability and long-lasting performance.
